From intake to your door
Intake & inspection
Every device is logged, IMEI-checked against UK blacklist and finance databases, and photographed on arrival.
Certified data wipe
NCSC-aligned erasure, with a certificate kept on file for the device’s whole life.
40-point function test
Display, touch, cameras, audio, radios, sensors, ports, buttons and performance, all logged.
Battery health
Measured capacity and cycle count. Under 85%? We fit a quality new cell before it’s listed.
Repair & refresh
Faulty parts replaced with quality parts, noted on the Device Report. Deep-cleaned and sanitised.
Grade & photograph
Graded under studio light by two technicians. Every mark photographed for the listing.
