Grades describe cosmetic condition only. Every device passes the same 40-point test and gets the same 18-month warranty, whatever its grade.

How we decide a grade
Two technicians grade every device under studio light, at arm’s length and up close. If they disagree, the lower grade wins.
Every mark is photographed and shown on the listing, so you see the exact unit you’ll receive.
Battery and grades
Battery health is measured separately and shown on every Device Report. If capacity is under 85%, we fit a quality new cell before the device is listed.
