If anything stops working, we repair, replace or refund. Our warranty is in addition to your legal rights.
What’s covered
Faults that aren’t caused by accidental or liquid damage, for 18 months from delivery. That includes the battery.
What isn’t
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear after delivery, and devices opened or repaired by someone else.
Making a claim
Tell us what’s wrong
Start a claim from your account. A short description is enough.
Send it in, free
We send you a free label. Back up your data and remove your accounts first.
We fix it
We repair it, replace it with an equivalent device, or refund you.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Our warranty is extra to these rights and doesn’t affect them.
Warranty questions
Faults that aren’t accidental damage, from us rather than a marketplace seller. If something fails in that time, we repair or replace it.
AppleCare isn’t included. Every Phonify device comes with our own 18-month warranty, which covers faults. Accidental damage isn’t included.
